1h 30min - 2h, for abs I do toes to bar, knee raises, bananas (hella goofy sounding but its one of the key core strengthening exercises). Usually 4x12 or until failure.
I was young and I couldn’t go to the gym.
Found a calisthenics gym and started going there because there wasnt an age limit.
Pull-up bar, loose weights and a weight belt.
