Good colouring and soft features. Other than midface length which could be chalked up to lense distortian the rest of his ratios are okay. Would look good with a bit of weightloss and more definition be it through aforementioned weightloss or surgical means

Strong eyebrows though neutral tilt. IPD and PFL are good, lashes are full, a healthy amount of fat storage around the eyes. Nose size doesn't mean much lots of people look good with them as long as your nose isn't hooked/humped/pointing downwards, don't even know if it's due to lense distortion. Sure if he was ethnic he'd probably be a MTN but let's not pretend colouring (skin, hair, and eyes) isn't a halo on it's own

Dark circles aren't instantly a bad thing. Some people will even find them attractive (take Lorenzo Zurzolo for example or even Nic Kaufmann who has some pretty bad infra orbital support). Although one would preferably not have these if you have enough zygomatic support they become less of a failo and sometimes just a "quirk" that makes one "unique". So as you said.
