5’11 currently 145 lbs, Def curious on a rating but really want to know how i can improve facially.

Working out and focus a lot on height since it u can at least stand out with that it can compensate for the face in a way height still is very important and you just started puberty and are already at adult height

Ngl there’s not many softmaxxes here which will help you out, clear up any bit of acne, debloat and try even out the shape of your eyebrows (while keeping it fairly thick). Surgery can only fix things like the compact face, nose, brutal upper lip and eye area. With softmaxxing (mainly debloating), low mtn is achievable but surgery is most likely the only way to ascend from there

Lip reduction surgery could be beneficial when you're old enough, and its not dangerous as far as i know

Im no expert in surgery so you’d have to search a different forum on this site for that kind of advice, but specifically something for your lip and nose, which is unlikely to change with age. But just prioritise softmaxxes until you fully develop so you can see what you really need till then. Good luck brother, let me know if you need any other advice

I hate to say it but honestly theres no hope for softmaxing. Your only options are either pray you hit a second puberty and magically all of your features change or you're going to have to undergo many surgeries to be anything above LTN.
