ya you look like a funko pop with that neck, grow your eyebrows darker and thicker, you could dye them, use minoxidil, use based bodyworks texture powder or clay in your hair, its very straight and unstyled. You also still seem a little prepubescent, so bones and stuff will grow more probably and hopefully. Get in the gym and use creatine go 4-6 days a week and grow your frame some more
