You need almond eye surgery. Your eyes have negative canthal tilt and too much upper eye lip exposure, in other words, you look tired and dead inside 24/7 as opposed to energetic and confident/dominant.
Thats the only surgery I can recommend right now for you since you are fat. Get lean and show your bones, maybe you have a decent jaw under all that fat
