Lltn. Canthal tilt is pretty brutal,so obvious canthoplasty. Might be just your bone mass but you don't seem to be at an enough low bf% aim for 12%
Groom your eyebrows, and do a rhino.

total cost? 20k usd for orbital rim implant and canthoplasty at eppley in usa indiana, tretinol cheap like 100 usd every 3 months or 6 month, hair loss meds also cheap ap, hair transplant 5k-3k usd in turkey ( i got mine in vera clinic) double jaw surgery with impaction around 30-55k usd.
all in all? 70-78k usd for this transformation.
time needed to achieve all of this including the time needed to gain the money? around 2 or 3 years

It’s never over bro. Surgery on your eye area would significantly help you though. There is no great way to fix eye area without it.

one tip though when you get a surgery NEVER TELL ANYONE, people will treat you differently when they find out its not your genetics.

also i forgot to say i put in a rhinoplasty as well in the edit which is around 8k usd in turkey lol
