On a serious note, get lip fillers or nose lengthening or sum shit. maybe bimax could save your philtrum too

1. Long Philtrum - it makes your face look long in selfies, thankfully it’s a pretty easy fix with surgery.

2. Narrow Jaw - Not very prominent, also solved by surgery

3. Cheekbones aren’t very prominent - your cheekbones aren’t very noticeable, not sure if it’s hardmax only.
