plug your brows you have a uni brow..
get a haircut
train neck or muscles per se
upgrade style.
lean down

thats it basically. don't think u can afford surgery at 19

For the beard I actually recommend trying trimming first and see how it looks.
Go somewhere where they can fix your brows and get informed as to how to do it yourself.
Find a better hairstyle
