I was thinking I need a genioplasty to fix my chin, & maybe a blepharoplasty to fix eye bag area, lmk if I’m completely wrong what surgery’s I should do. I know I also gotta max out health indicators a lot. What other softmaxes, & do I have a negative orbital vector that needs to be fixed or no?

Holy shit your neck is thin, train that firstly. Genioplasty might be needed but most of the time it doesnt matter I also deal with it and an implant will barely fix your rating

yeah ive started training it, idk i mean my chin is hella recessed tho i think its the feature holding me down the most, feel like it could help
