I don’t know if I’m chopped or not I’ve been told I’m below average and some say I’m average so idk, been tryna eat healthy n shit cuz and also combing that with working out and getting in some cardio, still got a huge way to go in terms of getting healthy, but yeah just tell me where my flaws are and how to improve and rating on whatever scale, my first time posting so my bad if I sound confusing.
