skin , use tretinoin on your skin to get a smoother complexion
take beta carotene to get a more tanned look
spend more time in the sun! to get some freckles and natural look

for your lips you should brush them to get a more red look, it will enhance your colouring a lot

for eyes i want you to do orbicularis oculi training and consider contact lenses for a lighter colour for more appeal

eyebrows you need to grow them using minoxidil and maybe dye them darker

hair you should grow out as you can see
