Im 17, been wrestling for 10+ years and want to get a feel on my physique and what i should work on for it. I’m 5’11”, walking at 165 right now.

Im thinking during my 10 week program im going to try to get me walk around to be near 175-180 Then after that ill hit a mini cut (basically just increase my cardio and lower my cal intake, trying to maintain protein) for about 2 week - 3 weeks, to bring my walk around back down to 165-170.
