Decent pheno, comically long midface. For advice i'd say try grow your hair out and use minox on your eyebrows.

There are good pubertymaxxing guides on botb so you should definitely check those out. Avoid hardmaxxes for the next couple years because of how young you are, you have a lot more freedom and time to looksmax than most people here. softmaxxing + puberty should get you a good glowup for the next coming years.
