I meant that the shape is bad, it looks extremely weird and not aesthetic at all.

The good thing is that it can be fixed, rhinoplasties can fix the shape of the nose but not the size, you can't make a nose bigger or smaller through a rhinoplasty but you can change its shape and make it look more aesthetic. If he did that, it would help him a lot.

People told me that I should do a rhinoplasty on my ratings thread but this guy needs it a lot more than I do.

I already used braces, and it seems to have caused bad deformation in my lips, is it possible?

Unironically take a shower bro. Also shave your face pubes. Style your hair upwards to conceal your conehead tier top skull area. Also do something for those acne scars.
