The easiest way is with a body fat scale:

Amazon.com : bodyfat smart scale

It might be a % or two off, but you will be able to track how much you've lost, so It's very helpful. I own one, they work great.

thanks man, skincare made my skin go from trash to decent. i want to fix my dry and frizzy hair now.

i will probably start working out to get lean af and start eating healthy to reach my genetic height potential.

Reaching my genetic height limit is a goal of mine as well. I also have the issue with frizzy hair. Also make sure you are sleeping flat on your back when sleeping and not slouching throughout the day. Sleeping flat without a pillow will help you grow more, and improves posture, which helps height.
