I am slighlty recessed and asimmetric. As i say, i will get some surgery buy angle on pic is truly important. I look realle average in this pic, i am not squinting, i only take the pic by this angle. With my base, could chin wing with jaw implant for sx ramus and lateral canthopexy makes me htn?

And i am slighlty recessed, for this reason i think that chin wing can work really well on me. Also, lateral canthopexy with fat grafting and i could ascend. My biggest failo is philtrum. I cannot fix it. Lip lift is uncanny.

I have a trichologist, i go to him twice at years, i follow his treatment. However i could easily get another haircut but i want first fix my eye and my jaw. Seriously, about mouth i could try fillers.
