Must be mostly water weight unless you're living on eggwhites and running marathons. I'm sure a decent amount is fat though

Used to powerlift though. Had a triple bodyweight deadlift at 68kg bodyweight. About 100kg bench back then. Squat has always been shit.
If I were to peak for an 1 rep max bench now I guess I could get 120kg easily.

For me it's the opposite for some reason. Maybe it's because I'm getting older and heavier from puberty. I'm 24 but I feel like my puberty is still going. Getting facial hair growth where there hasn't been before.
Me when I was lean at 22 years old.
