first of all pls dont take accutane like this guy told u
u can try use retinol which is safe and would ascend both ur skin and can potentially improve the puffiness of ur nose.
alot of people use hydrocortisone to help their nose but personally i think its kinda cope cus unless u apply everyday results deminish and the chronic use of it can cause skin atrophy, rosacea and can damage ur capilaries.

Basically unless u do surgeries best and safest method probably doing topical retinol to help it.
