Don't do carnivore, it's cope. Eats kiwi's blackberries, and cooked spinach. LHTN but once you're peak cut, you can probably reach HHTN or LCL

been doing mma for a little over 12 years got some tournament wins under my belt but i’ve been slacking recently

My advice, for workouts to 3d full body it's the most effective. Protein should be 1g/lb unless you're doing some bitch ass PPL split then 0.7g/lb is enough. Carbs high on the day before and duorng u train. Center the majority of your carbs post-workout for muscle glycogen replenishment (GLUT6/GLUT12) are very sensitive to carbs post workout especially FBWs. Healthy fats should be high.

40% of calories from fats, 1g/lb of protein, and whatever "budget" you have leftover should be carbs.

Blackberries, blueberries, kiwi's, guava, cooked spinach, beef, salmon, chicken thighs, eggs, milk, Greek yogurt, carrots, liver, etc...

Focus on Vitamin D (supplement at least 5k IUs), A, boron (raisins, dried fruits), zinc, and magnesium the most.
