3) you'll have a fine life without surgery but if you really want surgery... rhinoplasty and something to decrease your upper eyelid exposure, maybe supraorbital implant

I had great results with eye exercises. This video talks about a lot of way to looksmax the eye area. I used only the exercises and it helped them become longer, more almond like, and overall tighter. The one that trains the under eye muscles is the most important in my opinion.
