Well you’re 18 so most of the facial bones TO MY UNDERSTANDING probably won’t change. They might have not fused yet so there are a couple of things you can try most of the evidence for them are anecdotal but I guess it couldn’t hurt

Bonesmashing (read the guide for this)
Mewing (prevents further recession by “keeping” the bones in place)
Thumb pulling (read the guide)

You could also go to an orthodontist to see if everything is growing correctly
