Thanks. No I don't do anything special for tanning. Only spf on my face during summer. Around spring, Mayish, I start tanning very slowly when on hotter days like 20-23C days with clear weather, just to get a bit of light tan. Then when summer arrives I'm already tanned enough to not need any SPF anymore. Ive never burnt this way in years. I Still put some on my face to though in case.

Yes, small one like 1400 grafts. Glad I didn't go to turkey and get botched and destroyed my donor. Content with it now. Hair has only grown back more when I started dut. Fin for 3 years didn't work well enough, just maintained on it. Maybe another small HT in 5-10 years years slightly to fill up the gaps with singles, even though first doc did a decent job

Will try. Especially the red schlera look trash, partly bc I sleep like shit. What eye droplets do people use to get rid of that?

Can't leanmaxx anymore. Only build a bit of muscle, prefersbly a bit more shoulder mass. I do calisthenics 2-3 a week. But I don't wanna look like Jeff nippard jfl. Maybe try training with weighted pullups now. Brad Pitt troy is dream physique.
