Will be honest if your referring to the front profile photo it’s hella warped also it’s pre braces my ratios are more even know that I’m 2-3 months into treatment that photo makes my esr philtrum to chin nose to mouth facial thirds all look kinda wonky so I see where your coming from

Irl my only real ratio flaws are mouth to nose, ramus length, and my forehead being on the smaller side and maybe my mandible being narrow which is enough to definitely set me back but it’s not that brutal and most of them are minor mouth to nose is like 1.3 ramus is only a few centimetres off small forehead is appealable and my narrow mandible isn’t anything crazy

yeah sadly not maybe try knifing your medial canthus to fix the interpupilary distance but it is quite risky so do it at your own risk
