I'm just used to viewing buzzcuts in a more positive light. Too me, it looks aesthetic if you have sharp features and a good shaped head with what amounts to head stubble, couple that with dark facial stubble and boom! Chad.

And to add to what I've already stated, I believe it's easier to rate someone when they don't have any hair on their head, or very little of it. It shows you how good looking they actually are, hair helps to fraud your face.
