I'm still +20% body fat, maybe even +25%, so there must still be some room for improvement.
Nose is asymetrical, gonna get it fixed in a few months (for free ).

I have tits and belly. So I'm most likely above 25% body fat. I just feel like there are some decent bones under all my fat, and that is why my face looks leaner than my body.

Yeah. Main 2 surgeries on my mind are:
1-Deviated septum fix, gonna get it done for free thanks to healthcare in my country. It will both help with my health, and will also fix some of the asymmetry on my face
2- Philtrum Shortening. My fWHR is below average, and my face is kinda longish. It will help with making my midface more compact

you have to search in your country for surgerons who do philtrum shortening. Any clinique that claims it does it online, does it via cut not via fillers.
If they shorten it too much it does cause gum show, depends on your jaw and how much they reduce it. They will be removing parts of the skin the that the philtrum becomes naturally shorter
