Side profile reminds me a little of this result (genio + rhino) so consider that unless. If you can apply for free bimax then pair it with that.

Eye are is pretty brutal but unsure what I'd recommend, infras, supras, malar implants all could help but each are expensive on their own.

i dont know, but ur case is more of a browridge issue, while the other guy is undereye issue, but u both have prominent orbitals

Some insurances will cover bimax for free if your bite is bad enough. Bimax is double jaw surgery, meaning that they cut and advance both of your jaw bones. It's very much a functional surgery often reserved for medical reasons.

Genioplasty only advances the chin and nothing else. It's purely cosmetic. It is sometimes paired with bimax for which it is then called trimax.

You don’t need colored contacts lol. Just fix your jaw.

I guess the almond eye surgery could help if it gives you better under eye support. If you had better cheek bone support it wouldn’t have been an issue.
