If you had to label me as either lower-tier normie, mid-tier normie, or upper-tier normie: which one would it be?

Also, and more importantly: what do I need to do to ascend? Looking for any advice short of surgery or fillers tbh. Just gym and healthy lifestyle and all that good stuff?

Ty, hoping for high iq replies, genuinely looking for solid advice to help me ascend further.

Your front is mid mtn (which is a sub-tier above average)

Side Profile is mid to high mtn but closer to the former.

I will advise you regarding softmaxxing, and hopefully someone else clears the other part.

First of all, your hairline, you seem to be balding, I think it's around norwood 1.5 OR it could be that your forehead has always been like that.

If you're balding, finastride is the way but you should be aware the side effects and other effects so I hope you read a thread regarding its use.

Now, your acne, either those are acne scars or acne itself but the pic is quite blurry so, incase it is acne, I suggest you use topical tretinoin for abt 2 months, if the effect is minimal then get on accutane and it will clear up easily.

Thirdly, you don't look lean enough, I suggest you start going to the gym so you can build some muscle and be lower bf % but still healthy weight.

+ Training your neck should be a must, it's width is not enough.

Shave the facial hair even cleaner, it has a shadow and doesn't look good.

And lastly, dye your eyebrows darker (doesn't need to be necessarily black it it could be) than your hair.

It has always been like that. I am not balding. I don't think it affects my looks a lot, but in case it does, this is something I can look into. I would rather avoid it, though.

It's acne scars and some minimal acne. I have tretinoin, but I think I can get my skin healed without it. The time it will take for a purge and other unexpected factors is too much, my skin began clearing as soon as I stopped washing my face and applying products to it.

I would estimate to be at around 20% bf currently, plus/minus 2%. I am very comfortable at this weight healthwise, but I can see the extra ~10 pounds clearly. I think its not that big of an issue if I had a trained neck/body.

Honestly, from your response, I can see that out of softmaxes, I just need to continue focusing on skin, get some muscles in, and lean down a bit? Just with softmaxes alone, can chadlite tier be reached? Big aspirations, but sky is the limit.

So now, the way to go is get a haircut that will hide your forehead by like 1/2 or completely, there are multiple haircuts that will do that so look into them.

Delts
Back
Chest
Arms

In my case, I care mostly about SMV. I lack the edge needed to navigate around attractive girls with boldness. Just boosting up face aesthetics is good for modeling tbh, but real world SMV is clearly king and what we all need to focus on.

Look at it bra, your hair isn't slicked back thus showing lesser of your forehead and you visibly look better.

Get back to this haircut, and then cover a bit more of your forehead.

It looks better than the previous(except that anything besides the goatee and moustache should have been clean shaven better) but it should be a bit darker, and dye is the only option

ur first person to ever say that i look older than I actually am, in my entire life. Either life has been rough to me these past 6 months to the point where I aged and didn't notice it at all, or you genuinely see something I can't. I usually get 17. or 18.

Sub-tier above average meaning low mtn or ltn is the average in your eyes?
