Guys give me a fair rating and tell me a way to imrpove my looks also what should i do with my hair (15yo, 181cm) also im
Thinking of getting a nose stril and my ears pierced should i do it?

dont pierce your ears. if you want to accend you need more dimorphism - trt.
you look tired from the bloat, lose weight (dont starve yourself if youre 15)
cut your hair. bit shorter, the volume in your hair makes you look even softer (in the face). DHTmaxxing and minoxidil (oral) will help you, and dye your eyebrows a bit darker (NOT BLACK, youll look crazy). also bc you have wide set eyes you should grow your inner-eyebrows to make them appear closer set.
from what I can see you have a quite small frame, so start going to the gym, with trt youll get way better sholders. also you need to tan for halo, your phenotype doesnt favour pale skin, but if you start trt you should also run accutane to shrink your nose and kill the oily and acne buildups from hormones balancing.

you can also run HGH, but it will further bloat you (but will help long term)

bone development continues until around age 20. You cant expect to have the bone mass of an grown ass man when you havent even hit puberty yet. in 2-3 years you will get way more bone mass and masculine face why would you take peptides for? growth hormone will not make your face look masculine dht will. have a high quality sleep, workout, eat healthy thats it dont take peptides

You’re not fully developed so wait for things like roids until you’re fully grown out.
Focus on growing right and pubertymax.
Workout, DO NOT BULK it can create permanent fat cells in your face during puberty.
Do PPL 1-2 times a week if you don’t have a schedule already. 2-3 sets per exercise and 6-12 reps. Basic plan
Consider HGH for bone growth if you were to so anything like that.

Take care of skin.
You don’t have acne so don’t do much. At most do a gentle cleanser and moisturizer.
But I recommend just getting an exfoliater.

Babyfat might melt when you get older, bloat can be from school and stress. Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep and go to sleep at the same time every night.

Focus on posture and myofunctional therapy.
Do 5min of proper chin tucks every single day. Your future self will thank you.
Make sure you breath through your nose and have your tounge relaxed with a «suction» in the roof of your mouth (mewing). If you’re having trouble with this then go see an orthodontist. Take a picture of your smile and palate and compare to wide and narrow palates on google. If you have a narrow palate consider getting a palate expander as that will give you the most ROI during your teenage years.

Do bloodwork and check:
Testosterone
Free testosterone
SHBG
LH
FSH
E2
All vitamins

If you have low testosterone go to a private clinic to find out the cause. Can be sleep or lack of actictivity.

Take these supplements:
D3 40mcg
K2 80mcg
Calcium 1000mg
Boron 1mg
Multivitamin

Make sure your diet is in check.
Eat everything. Meat, fish, chicken, eggs, potato, sweet potato, fruit, greens, berries, salat, nuts you name it. Avoid trash premade meals and shit you know is bad for you. Eat whole foods. Cook yourself if your family doesn’t make it.
Drink 3l of water every single day.
Don’t be afraid of salt in your meals but don’t eat excess.
Also stop snacking. Eat 3-4 good meals every single day. Nothing in between except nuts, berries and fruit.

Find the right hairstyle.
Cut your hair shorter, find out what face shape you have. Looks oval but might become square as you grow and loose babyfat. Find good looking celebrities with similar face shape and hair type, and copy their hair. (They have expensive stylists, so just steal it, especially if they have some of the same features as you)


Don’t do any extreme stuff. You’re young and will grow into your apperance. Don’t take these ratings personal, very few look good at 15 during the akward phase. Do what you can, make a plan or follow this one and don’t fixate.
