what does mtm mean im new to looksmaxing,and can you give me some tips,would be helpful
 
The hair is not helping you out folk. I don't think you should be adding volume on the top like that with an egg shaped dome

Mtn means mid tier normie. You would think that mtn then means ''average looks'' right? Actually mtn is above average looks xd. You can be rated as SUB5, LTN, MTN, HTN, ChadLite and Chad

He doesn't need to debloat he's only 15. You don't lose that facial fat until you get a little older and develop.

My advice would be to work out and optimize your hormonal profile. You're still young so it's hard to tell where you'll end up. For your age you don't look bad at all maybe middle of the road MTN.
