Alr bro I'm not gonna rate you but here's some surface level advice for improvement, even though you could find this info anywhere online. To improve, first you have to identify your flaws. I'm going to identify your structural flaws first and then move onto soft tissue/ feature flaws.
hey thanks for the advice i am gonna start fixing my sleep schedule and i already workout 6x per week, but i am gonna be honest i cant take any form of steroids or do any surgerys now, so is there any effective natural exercises i can do to increase my bonemass?Alr bro I'm not gonna rate you but here's some surface level advice for improvement, even though you could find this info anywhere online. To improve, first you have to identify your flaws. I'm going to identify your structural flaws first and then move onto soft tissue/ feature flaws.
Bonestructure: Your midface is quite tall compared to your other thirds, your skull is quite narrow which makes your jaw narrower, your maxilla seems to be downgrown, there seems to be facial asymetry possible due to maxillary torsion or a misaligned sphenoid, and in general you seem to have low bonemass.
Soft tissue/features: You seem to be bloated which could indicate high water retention or higher bodyfat. Your nose is larger in proportion to the rest of your face due to a combination of factors including your narrow facial width, your tall midface, and your genetic phenotype that causes more cartilage to develop at the tip of your nose. Your orbitals seem to be less compact than ideal, your hair is slightly too frizzy, your mustache is too thin you should shave it off, and your eyebrows are not as dense as they could be.
Okay now that that's out of the way, cause your 15 and basically mid puberty focus on improving your bone structure and general health. Non negotiable get 8-10 hours of sleep daily and ensure your circadian rhythm is optimized so go to bed at 10 latest and wake up whenever your body tells you to. Gh production spikes at 2 am so you must be in deep sleep by then. Get at around 1 hour of sunlight daily and eat nutrient dense foods like raw liver, raw milk, and raw egg yolks. Exercise heavy compound lifts 3-4 times a week for extra gh production. Now cope aside what you really can do to fix most of your problems I've listed is starting the process of undergoing several hrt and aas cycles from now until you are 18. Don't be an idiot and research ways to mitigate and if possible eliminate sides from the cycles but using hgh, gh peptides, testosterone and dht derived androgenic and or anabolic steroids during mid puberty are the only way you are going to change your bonestructure to any noticeable degree, if you can afford it that is. If you have even more money what you can do is get a palate expander, either marpe (if you do it now) or mse (if you want it later in life) followed by bimax surgery to fix downgrowth, possible recession, and give you a more ideal gonial angle. Other than that imo if you work on bonemass first before trying to fix anything fixable by softmaxxing like eyebrows or hair, you'll waste much less time.
