any haircut tip ?
anything that you like as long as it isn't short, legit you can use any medium+ lenght haircut with any coloring and it'll look good for prettyboy look

how many hours of sleep at least?
Try to be in bed for 9 hours same time at least 6 days a week. Also dont use your phone in bed ever. You can read a book that helps me. Basic stuff

The reason is that you want to associate bed with sleep and sleep only. Preferably you would not spend time in the same room even but thats prpbably unrealistic. Trust me this works wonders

Im not convinced it has a difference but it dont hurt so yeah. Some people claim it reduces asymmetry. Main thing is avoid sleeping on your stomach or twisted (hips are over 90 degrees eg other legs knee goes over the other one) i hope you got me
