I know bp since 2023. back then I was 13 years old. Now im 15 and I tried many of bluepill Methodes(Like mewing, thumbpulling, squinting) then I got more into bp and startet(hardmaxxing: bonesmashing brutally, waterneedling,..)
I saw big results from mewing, I also got braces when I was 12-13, maybe the braces did made the Results better.
Health: Im since 1 year on an diet with hight proteien meals, no Sugar, high pottassium Drinks, and more..) I also started Doing pushups and more stuff in my Room so I Kempten getting stronger but I Look very weak, Im trying to boost my testosterone that I can grow more (rn 5,4 or 164cm). I thought of Buying Mk677 for more bonemass and for more HGH,
Is it smart to Take it and does someone who reads this take it? Pls answer and rate me pictures below. I’ll Show the progression -> i would rate me an hltn - lmtn
