Canthoplasty and rhinoplasty. Idk if theres some surgery to position your lips lower beneath your nose because your philtrum is too short

Yes agreed my eyes do fry me. I do train a lot so my physique actually makes ppl think I’m a lot older lmao, but that also might just be bc I’m black. I get told I look 20+
