- arimidex (keep growthplates open)
- Potassium for debloat (helped a little)
- BB cream (goat)
- thumbpulling
- bonesmash zygos and chin
- tried some girl shit like eyelash curler, eye liner etc

none of these ascended me like crazy tbh it was mainly genetics and diet

low e is to keep growth plates open during puberty however without test i think it can be pretty dangerous. taking an ai was supperrrrr popular in 2023 2024 .org everyone was on that shit. my opinions on ai have shiften as my estrogen is pretty low without an ai i think around 10 (whatever the unit is). JFLLLL i was on 1mg of arimidex PER DAY i probably fucked up development so much because i thought "muh i need to increase it because i dont feel side effects"

I think 0.5mg arimidex or 12.5mg aromasin EOD is max dosage for teencels if u have high estrogen due to being fat. if youre not i wouldnt go over 0.5mg or 12.5mg once a week
