There's nothing much you can do. You risk to fuck your current harmony up.
Anyway, if you want to try the Russian roulette, I would do a nose tip reshape and then get tons, and I mean tons of fat graft in your suborbitals and lips.

And get some conditioner for your hair, they look dead.

And get tanned too.
