-for skin :
morning :

Cleanser ( i personaly use kojic soap from amazon )
Niacinamid + zinc serum ( from amazon )
spf 50 moisturizer

night :

cleanser
retinol
adapalene on ur scars and pimple

- if u live in europe in certains country ( like france ) u can get a free rinoplastie for ur nose if u break ur nose

- blast 100mg of test e / week for 12 week to get a wider jaw ( donc forget ur pct tho )
