Tbh bro it’s hard to say if u really wanted to look better the strategy I would recommend is orthodonticts as they massively improve lower third which if it goes well you could possibly hit mhtn or a very small chance of hhtn

should u tan my skin , improve eyebrows and i think i should get leaner face with cheeckbones, what should i ask from the orthodontist and what ill get , only thing i know that my jaw is narrow

Yes all these soft maxes like a tan will slightly improve appeal but when it comes to fully ascending your looks you must at private cosmetic orthotics that can give far better advice then anyone on this forum as I can’t advice you specifically
