It is unfortunate but not exactly over yet. Heres what to do in order of importance

1. Extreme beard fraud
2. Nichemax/stylemax
3. Gymmax
4. Train your Orbicularis Oculi muscles, it can help with eyelid exposure and appearance of the eyes.
5. Extreme chewing is needed, preferably 1kg carrots 6x per week. If you are lucky, this might help that jaw/chin
As for procedures, I don't think Rhino would make that much of a difference but chin surgery/implants could help alot

I like my face shaved but as others said, with a beard i can fraud a bit. I look "childlike" but with a beard i look older. Yeah i have no chin to be seen, varies reasons could be mouthbreathing and braces. A genioplasty is good but i think my maxilla and mandible need intervention.

I appreacite the tips my brother! Thx a lot. I could fraud a beard, thats the more easy thing to do, in terms of nichemax i could go to asia but thats an afterthought. My style varies, i try to appease my parents by dressing like a nerd incel, but i like to dress like a biker, leather jackets are my thing! Chewing marathons i already consider that to improve my face but i have jaw assymetry. And finally i have a lil bit of deviated septum, i need someone to touch my nose thats for sure.
