maybe a little higher but the main problem is nose width

I'm definitely not an expert on this stuff, i joined like a few days ago, however, i did struggle with acne for a very long time so definitely try changing your diet and maybe a tretinoin creme. Also, i don't know if you have recessed infra's but if you often have undereye bags, try a caffeine serum, i use it and it covers my eyebags for like 1-3 hours.

I haven't personally used tretinoin but they are available online, i wouldn't recommend more than 0.025 - 0.05 if your starting out

I'm also quite new to this so my rating could be incorrect but you're not bad looking like an mtn, definitely work on your skincare it would help you a lot
