neutral height. at least you're not manlet (sub 5'10). Gymmaxx hard, people on this site underestimate how much it can halo face IF the face is ABOVE AVG. And yours is, so it would multiply your SMV by a factor of 1.5 imo. I'm 5'10 and weigh over 20lbs more than you and have a full six pack. EATTT and LIFT, and some cardio too

You need a chin implant or sliding genioplasty for not chin projection. It would make your nose look less prominent.
