don't take no bullshit home, bf UNDER 8% is best. Ive been like 7-8% and 10-12. My chin and cheekbones only get good at like around 7. 10-12% is slightly above average at best. Get down to 7-8% bf and maybe a curly medium hair?

I have curly medium maybe little higher than that i think.Also im something like 11-12% bf.I was always like that,but because i mouth breathed as a kid i probably lost most of face definition also got longish face and narrower jaw..I will bulk a little so i get some more muscle then i will get to much lower bf.
