Achieved naturally. (as in without anabolics) Only grip training, gymnastic ring pullups and walking extreme amounts of steps like 30-50k steps per day.
Along with nicotine patch and abusing caffeine, while also smoking.
I believe pullups work the entire upper body.

Weight was around 67-69 kg at 175 cm.

And i definitely look like i trained even when i had my shirt on, arms were looking freaky despite not being that big

I will add that I was doing pullups everyday for about 2 to 3 years at this point.

tbh i feel like you'd look more flattering if you posted from higher up angles instead of just looking down at the camera
