I would try something for your nasolabiol folds, like PDO threads and/or tret. But they don’t look that bad now, however it’s good to keep an eye on them since they will get worse with age and since you’re on roids you will age yourself faster.
You can also try some Hyloronic acid.

But overall nothing bad. Your physique did improve btw, good job.

Yeah barely any visible folds here, invisible to other people. They are more visible under harsh down lightning and outdoor daylight.
