No it es even with surgery almost imposible to change.But its not that bad.

Those won't help but im not a profesional.consult a doctor ore some surgeons if therr is a way.

I actually don't think your eye area is a failo. I think his eye area is pretty good, eyebrows are a bit too high set. I think to improve eye area thicker lashes would help (latisse)

I don't think the side fade suits you or the short hair on top. Would go with a trendy fringe style Since your bottom third ratio is a bit short covering a bit of your forehead will add more harmony IMO

Also what's ur height and weight and estimation on ur body pat percentage ?

thanks for the advice I will try latisse, for the moment I tried to lower the eyebrows making them flatter to lower them I still have to hope that they grow underneath , the idea of the hair down is excellent, I'm one and eighty cm tall and I weigh 70 kg (hp- 10)
