Ok, thanks for making me aware of the problem. From what I've read, it does affect the appearance of the face quite a bit and there is a way to improve the appearance with this surgery. I will be consulting my doctor.

Just so you know your on an incel forum where the ratings are so harsh people you would consider insanely good looking would get a rating of below 6/10 on a psl scale, but that shit doesnt have much impact on reality. You look above average compared to an average man, theres nothing you can really improve. Dont get surgeries, be lucky you turned out as your genes planned for you to and you havent burned your head in acid or stuff like that. I believe youre the definition of average looking to somewhat above average looking and your looks wont bring you down in life
