Your the only one who gave solid advice thanks, but I think the growing hair on the sides part will definitely not work as it doesn't fit my face at all and I also have curly hair which gets pretty frizzy on the sides, and my lower third si still not very defined so rounding out my head by growing hair on the sides won't look that good. What do I do for lips exactly?

Try it, it might look good, if not, you can buy something tvat makes ears smallrr, brush lips and use aquaphor
