literally what i did from age 15 till now, so basically 1 year, not everyday of course but it gives result so

start going to the gym to max testosterone, and also check your blood looking for testosterone, growth hormone and estradiol, (estradiol has to be at the normal range not above not over, middle) then if one of those two are lower than the average consider taking enclomiphene and mk-677 until 21

or just wait until 17 going to the gym to see if you have delayed puberty and then with 17 start doing that (blood tests and taking that)
