your chin is past the point of a chad's chin, probably if you don't stop you will have a jaw dislocation soon..., your teeth will probably be very misaligned, and you will not open your mouth for a while even to breathe

yeah I've been having dental issues , I have a crowded mouth so I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed and braces later on. I'm concerned about the boneloss that comes with extraction, and I considers a pallate expander for a wider face as well, but that's too much time off my prime to consider. anything I should be concerned about? will braces fix this? what can I do?
