fix acne with diet and stuff, drink lots of water too for acne and debloat. maybe darken eyebrows and maybe fix your hair, even though it's not bad

Yes your skull is significantly narrow although not by much, FWHR is below the ideal range.

I’m legitimately quite overweight. We’re talking dad bod plus 20 pounds. My skull isn’t significantly narrow either, and definitely not to the point where it would impact attractiveness.
