I think you are htn, kind of hard to tell from the blurry pics tho.
I would say to train jaw to make your gonions flare out more, get leaner, groom your eyebrows, train your orbital occularis muscle and try to squint throughout the day, clear up skin, wash your hair more and style it (Not trying to be rude but it looks pretty greasy), if you are down for hardmaxxing then get rhinoplasty but most people cant/dont want to get surgery, and do gua sha (Most people think this is cope but it did work for me, depends on the person I guess) After all of this basic softmaxxing you should ascend.

Definitely CL side profile, but the reason I said HTN is because of the blurry front profile pictures.
If he actually looks like that without frauding and front camera, then 100% CL
